| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽省高校高水平运动队发展现状的调查发现,安徽省高校高水平运动队在取得进步的同时也存在许多深层次的问题,管理思想、管理方法、管理手段的滞后,是制约安徽省高校高水平运动队发展的体制性原因。因此,体制改革是必需的。

| Abstract: | Through the development of Universities' high-level sports teams in Anhui Province it's found that there are many deep-seated problems in high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Anhui Province.The institutional factors that restrict Anhui university high-level sports teams are management thought,management methods,management tools lag.Thus,reform is necessary. |
