| 摘 要： | 数量与质量是高校图书馆藏书建设中的一个重要问题，随着知识经济时代信息的飞速发展和读者需求的多样化，这一问题被提到了更加突出的位置。必须正确处理好数量与质量的关系，求出最佳藏书量，控制增长率，加强复审与剔除，提高利用率，用质量控制数量，以数量体现质量，以保持藏书建设的最佳状态。

| Abstract: | The question of quality and quantity is important in the enrichment of collection of books in college and university librar- ies. With the rapid development of the age of knowledge economy and the multiple demands of readers, this problem becomes even more prominent. We should deal well with the relationship between quality and quantity, pursue the optimal number of collection of books, and control the increasing rate. We should reinforce the reexamination and elimination of books, and improve the using rate of books. We should also control the number of books by means of improving the quality of books, and demonstrate the quality of books by the quantity, so as to maintain the best condition of the collection of books. |
