摘    要:在学前教育中,教师的角色定是施教者,但其突出的特点是”幼儿教师”。教师作为成人应该淡化“成人”的特点,用“童化了的成人”去从事幼儿教学的双边活动,才能使自己成为能被孩子喜欢的老师。

Abstract:In preschool education ,the role of a teacher is teaching kids ,nd the outstanding characteristic is being "a teacher of kids " A teacher as an adult should desalinate the characteristics of adults , being "an adult with childishness", to teach the children , and being a teacher whom children love.
