| 摘 要： | 目的,为了了解运动损伤在我国北方体育院系健美操专修学生群体中的发生情况。方法,笔者对哈尔滨体育学院、哈尔滨师范大学体育学院、哈尔滨学院体育系的100名健美操专修学生进行了问卷调查。结果,所得数据显示：在该学生群体中运动损伤的发生率高达82%,并且运动损伤的发生时间多集中于1-3月份和10-12月份,而损伤程度多为中、轻程度的急性运动损伤。结论,造成我国北方体育院系健美操专修学生运动损伤的直接原因是以下6方面的因素：准备活动不当;训练前伴有运动性疲劳;技术动作不合理;场地因素;季节因素;心理因素。我国北方体育院系健美操专修学生运动损伤的发生率较高,应适当采取措施,避免学生在训练过程中运动损伤的发生,以保证正常的教学、训练活动。

| Abstract: | To in vestigatiang sports injuries occurrence in the Aerobics Major students.In P.E.Institute or Department in the North of China the author conducted a survey of 100 students.Available data indicates student groups: the incidence of sports injuries as much as 82%.and more time to focus on sports injuries occur 10-12 months and 1-3 months,and injury to many.Light degree of acute sports injuries.Aerobics causing injury is the direct result of the student movement in the following six aspects: to prepare misconduct;Before training associated with exercise-induced fatigue;Skill unreasonable;venues;seasonal factors;psychological factors.Hospital Aerobics high incidence of sports injuries,we should take appropriate measures,in the process of training students to prevent the occurrence of sports injuries,to ensure normal teaching,training activities. |
