| Abstract: | During the new historical period, we have realized the transformation from a country with large population to a country with higher education. Based on this background, our government puts forward the strategic target to be a much powerful through higher education. Thus, it is a far-sighted strategic choice for our government to point out the details on how to understand the connotation, essence and strategic significance of being a stronger country through higher education strategy. |
