| 摘 要： | 奥林匹克主义、志愿服务精神与我国高等教育价值取向在精神层面的相通互融构建了我国高校奥运志愿服务的内在基础。我国高校具有培养奥运会志愿服务人才的智力、组织、教学和人力资源优势。所以，应该尽快建立高校奥运志愿服务的人才培养体系，实现奥运志愿服务与高等教育体系的融合。

| Abstract: | The combination of the Olympism, the volunteer spirit and the university education make up the inner base of the university Olympic volunteer service. Chinese universities can provide intelligence, organization,education and human resources for the development of Olympic volunteer service. Thus the system of university Olympic volunteer training in university ought to be set up as soon as possible. |
