| 摘 要： | 激励法是大学体育教学中最为常用的方法之一。将激励方法科学合理地运用到大学体育教学,可以使学生在心理上获得自信和成功的体验,激发学生的学习兴趣和动机,对于提高大学体育教学的效果将起到至关重要的作用。
