| 摘 要： | 21世纪的新型职业人才不仅需要相应的知识和能力，更需要情感、风格、职业个性、职业人格、合作精神以及创新精神。加强学生素质教育成为职业教育发展的迫切要求。我国职业学校要尽快构建和完善自身教育体系，完成由“就业教育”向“素质教育”的转轨。

| Abstract: | The vocational person of 21st century needs not only knowledge and ability, but also emotion, style, vocational individuality, vocational personality, team spirit, and enterprising spirit. So it is an insistent request to strengthen quality-oriented education in the vocational schools. The vocational education have to construct and consummate their systems as soon as possible, in order to accomplish the goal of educating all-round development students". |
