| Abstract: | Chen Baoquan is a well-known educationalist in contemporary Chinese history. He used to be principal of Beijing Normal University for long. And his long-term career, and his accumulated experiences enable him to develop a unique administrational method of the teachers education. The writer of the paper values highly Chen's individualized educational thoughts, which are greatly influential to the teachers education in contemporary Chinese history. |
