| 摘 要： | 官僚主义是寄生在人类社会政治制度上的一颗毒瘤，反对官僚主义必须有的放矢。文章对官僚主义概念进行了重新界定，认为：反对官僚主义不能片面理解官僚制度和官僚主义的阶级性．忽视反对官僚主义的长期性；反对官僚主义的现实目标是建立法治国家和有限政府，实行有限行政；并提出了反对官僚主义的一些建设性对策，以推动我国官僚主义问题的彻底解决。

| Abstract: | Bureaucracy is cancer in the political system of human society, to fight against bureaucracy calls for correct target. By renewed definition of bureaucracy, it is pointed out that it is not right to understand the class nature of bureaucracy and bureaucracy system unilaterally and ignore that to fight against bureaucracy is a long time job. The realistic goal in fighting against bureaucracy is to set up a country in law and a limited government, with practical macro-administration. At last, the author points out some constructive ways to fighting against bureaucracy including improving ideological morality and cultural morality of officials, speeding up socialism economical and cultural construction and perfecting the supervising system and restricting system of common power. |
