| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,生活水平的不断提高,人民健康观念越来越强烈,锻炼意识不断增强,太极拳运动这一文化国粹越来越受到人们的喜爱。河南是武术大省,又是太极拳的发源地,河南高校社会体育专业开设太极拳课具有天时地利人和的优势。发挥这一优势,既弘扬太极文化,又满足人们对太极拳运动的需求,促进社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Along with the social development and the continuous improving of the living level,the people's health idea becomes more and more stronger than before.Therefore Tai-chi,the cultural heritage of China,is more and more loved by people.For Henan is a big province in the martial arts and it also being the source of Tai-chi,Henan has a lot of advantages in setting up Tai-chi to be the main stem lesson of the social athletics specialty in universities and colleges.Exerting this advantage and expanding Tai-chi culture can meet the people' needs,also can promote a social harmonious development. |
