| Abstract: | Semiconductor photoelectronic switch is widely applied in photoelectric technology of producing optical ultrashort pulse and photoelectric synchronization etc.The time jitter is an important performance parameter of photoelectronic switch.This article analyses the phenomenon of time jitter,discusses the cause of time jitter from classical theory and quantum theory,and calculates the relation between optical pulse energy and time jitter. |
