| 摘 要： | 以力竭运动为模型，观察了大鼠血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三脂（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）和血浆内皮素（ET）的含量。结果显示，力竭运动可造成血清TG、TC、LDL的含量显下降（P＜0．01），HDL含量显升高（P＜0．01），VLDL无显性改变，TC／HDL及LDL／HDL比率显降低（P＜0．01），血浆ET显升高（P＜0．01），说明力竭运动是造成脂蛋白代谢失调以及内皮素含量上升和造成机体损伤的重要原因。

| Abstract: | By using the model of exhaustive exercise in rats, the alterations on the contents of TC,TG,HDL,LDL,VLDL,MDA and the content ET in plasma are measured. The content of TC,TG,LDL in serum decreases sharply while the content of HDL in serum increases significantly (P<0.01),with the content of VLDL in serum having no change.The ratio of TC/HDL,LDL/HDL decreases significantly (P<0.01),and the content of ET in plasma increases significantly (P<0.01).The result shows that exhaustive exercise can be an important factor for the injury of organism,the disorder of lipoprotein,and the increase of the content of ET. |
