| 摘 要： | 以对大陆法系与英美法系法学教育模式进行比较分析为主线,介绍了英国、美国、德国、日本、意大利、澳大利亚等国的法学教育模式,对以上各国的法学教育培养目标、教学层次、教育性质、主要教学方法进行了简要的介绍和分析,以此为基础比较了两大法系在法学教育模式上的异同.最后对我国的法学教育改革提出了几点建议.
