| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代．知识管理已成为企业管理的核心内容。因此．学术界和企业界围绕知识开发和利用问题展开了激烈的讨论。本文从实践运用的角度把企业的知识分为职务知识和非职务知识两类，提出职务知识是企业知识开发和利用的重点，并进一步探讨了企业职务知识开发的流程、环境条件和企业职务知识转移利用的方式及应注意的问题。
