| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师课堂教学呈现的种种问题直接影响着教学质量与人才培养质量,这其中有政策导向问题,也有制度保障问题。为此,应构建科学的教育观,从制度层面设立系列促教保障,从而使青年教师的教学能力得到切实提高。

| Abstract: | The problems of young teachers' class teaching influence the teaching and training quality. These problems are be-cause of policy leading and institution guarantee. So we should establish a scientific educational viewpoint based on the construc-tism,and set up a series of promotive measures to improve the young teachers' teaching ability exactly. |
