| Abstract: | ＂ Why can＇t we cultivate top-notch talent？＂ In this article, the present authors confront this question proposed by Qian Xuesen, take into consideration the Needham Paradox, and provide deeper insights into the education in modem China. Views are presented from the aspects of the strategy of invigorating China through science and education, the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, and the National medium and long - term education reform by pursuing the great scientists＇roads to success, such as Qian Xuesen＇s, Wang Zhizhuo＇s, etc. |
