| Abstract: | With the constant expansion of the education scale of radio and TV universities in recent years,there is a greater requirement of school administration.The key approach to meet this requirement is the reform of the internal administrative system.Based on the years of working experience in administrative work at radio and TV university,the author proposes some ideas on the reform of the internal administrative system of radio and TV universities in the new era. |
