| 摘 要： | 民族经济自治权是实行民族自治地方的少数民族的基本经济权利之一,其基本涵义包含属性、主体、核心和目的等丰富内容。民族经济自治权具有权力和权利的双重性质,它的两个主体分别是权力的行使主体和权利的归属主体。民族经济自治权的核心和目的是以法律来保障民族自治地方的以自治民族为主的各族人民的各项经济自治权利,以及由其转化的自治机关自主地安排和管理本民族、本地区内部的经济事务的各项权力。

| Abstract: | National economic autonomy is one of the basic economic rights of the implementation of national autonomous areas of ethnic minorities.Its basic meaning contains much,such as property,the main core and purpose.National economic autonomy has the dual nature of the powers and rights.Its two subjects are the subject of implementation of power and the subject of belonging of rights.The core and purpose of national economic autonomy is to protect by law the national economic autonomy of people of all ethnic autonomous areas,as well as all the economic rights that organs of self-government independently arrange and manage the nationality. |
