| Abstract: | ??Lotka's law is an empirical one, being reseached without stop. In order to avoid making samemistakes of predecessors, this paper points out that:??the method of the direct calculation of parameter n, c in Lotka's law of non-regression analysis is a method of good-of-fit, and it is suggested that the outworn method is scraped, based on the method of least squares, ??the zero records of observational value in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test should be paid attention to, otherwise there may be problems, ??if only according to Lotka's law, it is not possible to forecast the sum of authors and articles, and the author distribution of the different scientific productivity, the systematic error is a cause that the same data sets of a great quantity of authors do not meet the prerequisite condition for K-S testing. Finally, a formula for checking the statistical data is given. |
