试论现代化图书馆的知识管理

摘    要:图书馆的知识管理是一种与知识社会相适应的管理,它与文献管理既有联系又有区别,是文献管理的最高阶段。图书馆知识管理具体说来是将其组织内部的知识信息进行有序化、系统化的整合,促进知识交流与共享,建立知识主管,加强工作人员培训,营造学习型组织,将知识管理策略贯穿于服务工作之中,使之能尽快最大限度地转化为生产力、竞争力和新价值的知识管理策略,实现知识创新、知识扩散和知识增值,同时提高图书馆知识创新、技术创新、管理创新和创新信息化的能力和水平,求得图书馆知识生存的广阔天地和可持续发展的能力。

Abstract:Knowledge management of the library is suited to the society of knowledge economy. It is linked with document management,but it is different from document management. It is the most advanced stage of document management. Knowledge management of the library systematizes the knowledge information in the organization. It can promote knowledge exchange and knowledge enjoyment. It builds the knowledge responsible institution. It strengthens the training of staff members and builds academic organization. It permeates the knowledge management into service work. Knowledge management of the library can be changed into productive forces,competitive power,and new value of knowledge management tactics.It can realize knowledge creativity, diffusion and appreciation.It can also improve the ability and level of knowledge creativity, technology creativity, management creativity and creative information in the library. It can build the broad field of knowledge existence in the library and it can also improve the ability of sustained development.
