| 摘 要： | 我国社会的贫富差距越来越悬殊，也日益成为构建和谐社会的不和谐音。怎样合理调整分配、税些等一系列政策已越来越成为人们关心的话题。本文试从分析我国社会收入分配过程中存在的问题入手，对怎样建立一个良好的社会分配体系作一些探索。

| Abstract: | The increasingly widening wealth gap in our country has formed a disagreement in the construction of the harmonious society. People are more and more concerned about the constitution of the policies on reasonable redistribution and taxation. This paper analyses some problems in the distribution of the incomes in our society, and then makes some researches in establishing a sound system of the social distribution. |
