| 摘 要： | 少数民族干部教育指的是党和政府组织的、旨在提高少数民族干部政治和业务素质、增强履行岗位职责能力的教育。少数民族干部自身化背景的民族性特点和肩负职责的对立统一性特点。决定了少数民族干部教育的重要任务是解决民族观与国家观的协调统一问题；少数民族干部教育的基本特点是共性与个性的统一。

| Abstract: | Ethnic minority cadre education refers to the education of ethnic minority cadres at their posts conducted by the party and government.Its aim is to raise their political and professional qualities and strengthen their competence in duty performance.Because ethnic minority cadres'cultural backgrounds and national characters are both contradictory to and integrated with their duties,so the important task of ethnic minority cadre education is to harmonize the views of nationalities with the views of the state and the basic characteristics of the education lie in the integration of generality with individuality. |
