| 摘 要： | 高校多校区办学对整合办学资源、优化学科建设、拓展发展空间起到了很大的作用.但是由于各校区的区域特色、历史内涵、文化底蕴等不同,使多校区高校运作的期望值和实际效果存在许多矛盾和问题,尤其是学生教育和管理工作面临许多新的困难和挑战.本文试从多校区办学模式下,探讨一套适合学生教育与管理的新模式,真正发挥多校区办学的优势,取得对学生教育和管理的理想效果.

| Abstract: | The management of universities and colleges under the mode of multi-campuses plays an important role in integrating teaching resources,optimizing academic disciplines and developing campus areas.However,due to the differences of the regional features,histories and cultures of different campuses,there still exists some contradictions and problems in the expectations and the real efficiency.The management and education of students face a lot of difficulties and challenge.Therefore,this paper tries to suggest a new managing mode in multi-campuses so as to exploit each campus's advantages to the full and to achieve an ideal effect. |
