| 摘 要： | 教学运行调度工作是本科教学组织和管理工作的重要环节，随着本科教育从精英教育走向大众化教育，传统的教学组织管理方式已不能适应现实的需要，要实现管理效率和效果的统一，需要更新管理理念。本文从教学运行调度工作及特点入手，分析教学运行调度工作面临的机遇与挑战，结合实践经验，思考如何做好高校本科教学运行调度工作。

| Abstract: | Operation and dispatching of teaching is a key link of organization and management of undergraduate teaching.As the undergraduate teaching transforms from elite education to popular education,the traditional methods of teaching organization and management cannot adapt to the needs of the reality,the management concept should be renovated to integrate the efficiency and effectiveness of management.Beginning with the illustration of operation and dispatching of teaching,and its characteristic,the paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges confronted in the operation and dispatching of teaching,and considers on how to operate and dispatch the undergraduate teaching well in colleges and universities combined with practical experience. |
