关于师范生微格教学情况的调查分析

摘    要:为了解微格教学的实际情况,明确微格教学中存在的问题,本文通过问卷调查的方法,选择参加微格教学训练的师范生进行研究。通过问卷调查分析发现,微格教学训练大大提高了学生的师范技能,但还存在着一些问题。笔者试图从自身工作岗位实际体验出发提出一些建议,以使微格教学更好地提高师范生的教学技能。

Abstract:In order to know the practical situation of micro-teaching,and to define the problems in micro-teaching,the paper selects normal students involved in micro-teaching training to research through questionnaire survey.Through questionnaire survey and analysis we find that micro-teaching training greatly improves students’ normal skills,but it still has some problems.The author tries to propose some suggestions from her practical working experience,so as to promote micro-teaching to better improve normal students’ teaching skill.
