| 摘 要： | 当中原经济区上升为国家战略时，河南在先试先行中走出了一条不以牺牲农业和粮食、生态和环境为代价的新型工业化、新型城镇化、新型农业现代化“三化”协调科学发展的道路，为解决新型农村社区建设的困境找到了一条出路：以新型工业化为主导，提供资金来源；以新型城镇化为引领，实现农民就业多元化；以新型农业现代化为基础，确保粮食安全。

| Abstract: | After the Central Plain Economic Zone is promoted as part of the national development strategy, Henan province has blazed the way of coordinated and scientific development of new industrialization, urbanization and agri- cultural modernization not at the sacrifice of agriculture, food, environment and ecological balance. The paper holds that Henan province has already found the way out of the dilemma in the construction of new rural community. The new in- dustrialization process can provide fund; the new urbanization produce various job opportunities; the new agricultural modernization guarantee the food supply. |
