| 摘 要： | 做好新形势下离退休人员的管理工作是贯彻党的十八大精神,凝聚全社会力量,构建社会主义和谐社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴的一件大事.本文从强化大局意识、服务意识、责任的意识、创新意识、资源意识等五方面入手,对做好离退休人员的管理工作进行了初步探讨.
