| 摘 要： | 以环境库滋涅茨曲线（EKC）理论为依据，根据1996～2011年河北省经济发展主要指标和环境污染物排放物的统计资料，建立经济发展与环境污染之间的计量模型，运用SPSS统计软件，分析河北省人均GDP与工业“三废”排放量的相关关系。结果表明：河北省人均GDP与主要环境指标之间没有明显的EKC关系。

| Abstract: | Based on the Environmental Kuznets Curve and the statistics of the key indicators of economic development and the pollutant discharge in Hebei from 1996 to 2011, an econometric model between economic development and environmental pollution was established to analyze the correlation between the per capita GDP and the discharge amount of industrial waste in Hebei. The results show that there is no obvious EKC relation between the per capita GDP and the key environmental indicator in Hebei. |
