| 摘 要： | 加入世贸组织 ,是 2 1世纪中国的选择。在机遇和挑战面前 ,高校图书馆应采取积极措施 ,及时调整自己的管理体制和运行机制 ,改变服务模式 ,提高服务质量 ,制定适应入世要求的法规 ,提高馆员素质 ,培养复合型人才以求得生存与发展。
