| 摘 要： | 以投篮准备阶段为研究对象,以组合技术的形式深刻阐述了投篮假动作在具体运用中的方法、要求及特点,强调了假动作组合技术在平时训练中的重要性,倡议在训练中要高度重视投篮组合技术的训练,使之形成投篮自动化,缩短比赛中投篮的准备阶段,加强投篮的对抗和实践训练,提高训练效果,真正做到练赛结合,达到事半功倍的训练目的.

| Abstract: | The paper illuminates the methods, requirements and characteristics of false actions of shooting baskets in specific application by taking the warming-up stage of shooting baskets as its subject and in the form of combined technology. Also it emphasizes the importance of false action combined technology in ordinary training, and advocates that the training on the combined technology of shooting baskets should be highly stressed in ordinary training in order to develop into shooting automation, shorten the preparatory stage of shooting baskets, strengthen confrontation in shooting baskets and practical training, improve training effects, made training and competition combined in earnest and reach the training aim of "getting twice the result with half the effort". |
