摘    要:语言学习是一种思维活动,已有的思维模式会对语言的学习产生定势影响。在外语学习中思维定势的影响主要体现为母语图示的横向迁移和已习得的外语语言结构图示的纵向迁移,对大学生英语书面表达有积极的也有消极的影响。在课堂教学中,教师可以设计有效的活动帮助学生突破消极定势,形成积极定势,最终达到英语语言运用的自动化。

Abstract:Since Language is the thinking tool,language learning is a kind of cognitive activity.Therefore,the existing thinking schema will be influencing the following language learning.In foreign language learning,influences of thinking set mainly include the lateral transfer from the mother-tongue schema and the longitudinal transfer from the acquired structure schema.,it has both positive and negative effects on college students’ written English.In view of this,English teachers,through designing effective teaching activities,can help students reduce the negative impacts gradually and form positive set to achieve automation of written English.
