摘    要:研究以北京市3619名超过十年教学经验的中小学教师为样本,从教师的专业精神、学生观、教学效能感、教学组织与管理、教学反思与研究、学科知识、学科教学知识、教学特色及专业自主发展意识八个方面,考察了超过十年教学经验后的中小学教师专业生涯发展路径。聚类分析的结果表明:(1)超过十年教学经验后的中小学教师专业发展路径可以为四类:消极应付型;经验重复型;发展教学风格型;发展教育思想型;(2)超过十年教学经验后的教师专业发展路径呈现出多样化与差异性;(3)教师专业发展的动态性分布在超过十年教学经验后的各个教龄段之中。

Professional Life Cycles of Teachers with more than Ten Years of Teaching Experience

Abstract:This study investigates paths or stages of teachers’ professional life development with a sample of 3619 elementary and secondary school teachers with more than ten years of teaching experience in Beijing in terms of professional ethics, views of students, teaching efficacy, instructional design and organization, teaching reflection and research, subject matter knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, teaching style and autonomous professional development. Results indicate that: (1) there are four paths of teachers’ professional development: withdrawal phase, accumulating or repeating experience, developing unique teaching style and creating personal educational theories in practice; (2) Four types of teachers demonstrate similar trajectories but quantitative difference in the above nine dimensions of teachers professional development; (3) it is dynamic for the professional development paths of teachers with more than ten years of teaching experience.
