| 摘 要： | 类型学生涯理论提出职业生涯选择是个人人格在工作中的表露。个人职业倾向是否明确,是个人选择职业生涯的关键因素。本研究在河北、山东、天津、河南、上海、广东等省市退役运动员中发放《中国版霍兰德职业倾向测验量表》。研究结果:(1)退役运动员职业类型共17种匹配,排序前五位的是社会经营型、社会艺术型、社会技能型、技能社会型、技能艺术型,五种匹配的职业类型完全符合霍兰德理想职业类型一致性和分化性特点;(2)退役运动员选择工作时考虑最重要因素是能充分发挥自己能力特长。选择工作时考虑次重要因素是工资高、福利好;(3)退役运动员主、客观职业倾向完全匹配人数占总人数18.67%,基本匹配人数占总人数57.33%。本研究为将职业类型匹配和职业倾向主客观评价匹配作为退役运动员心理辅助分组筛选指标,并将职业类型匹配设置为心理辅助培训课程提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The typology career theory points out that the choice of career is the reveal of personality in working.Whether you have obvious career choice is the key factors in choosing the career.We issued 240pcs questionnaires of "Holland career inclination testing form" to the retired sportsman in Hebei,Shangdong,Tianjing,Henan,Shanghai,Guangdong and so on provinces.150pcs effective questionnaries have been returned back.We have studied on them to confirm the suitable job,career values and the match rate between subjective and objective situation.There are 17 types of career for retired sportsman.Please see the rate as following;42 person in type of social managing(28%),28 person in type of social art(18.67%),15 persons in the type of social skill(10.00%),11 persons in the type of skillful socialism(7.33%),8 persons in the skillful artism(5.33%).104 persons mentioned above are totally consistent with the feature of consistency and differentiation listed in ideal career type of Holland theory.retired athletes work in the choice of the most important factor to consider is the ability to give full play to their strengths,accounting for 37.33%.Work in the choice of plays an important factor to consider is the high wages and good benefits,accounting for 22.00 percent.Work in the choice of the most important factor to consider is to have a higher social status,accounting for 39.33%.Work in the choice of the second important factor to consider is the working environment(material) comfortable,accounting for 25.33%.This study has provided a theoretical basis for the occupational type match and the objective and subjective evaluation match of occupational orientation as psychological support group of retired athletes,and also given a theoretical basis for the occupational type set as the psychological support training courses. |
