| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法、访问法等研究方法,对社会需要健美操人才的知识结构、技能、教学能力等综合 素质进行探讨分析,并结合当今教学中存在的问题,提出一些建议:建立适应社会市场的教学体系;重视学生的知 识结构及技能的专业性、广泛性;加强学生综合能力的培养。

| Abstract: | By means of literature reviews,investigations and interviews, the article discusses and analyzes the overall abilities of students majoring in aerobics demanded by the society,including their knowledge structure,techniques and teaching ability. In respect of the problems present in the teaching of aerobics,the following proposals are put forward: a teaching system which can meet the social market must be established and students' knowledge structure,specialized and extensive skills,overall abilities should be emphasized and enforced. |
