| 摘 要： | 为了推进中国人文社会科学学术观点创新，提高研究成果质量，在厘清学术观点创新概念和明确观点创新方法的基础上，利用引文分析法、定量与定性相结合的研究方法，概述了国内人文社会科学学术观点及研究质量的现状，指出了目前存在的问题，分析了产生的原因，提出了立即建立与完善评价体系，进一步解放思想，建立研究成果查新制度，完善检索体系，加强学术规范和学术基础训练，改革考核办法，举办学术沙龙，开设学术批评专栏，营造激发新观点氛围等对策。
