| Abstract: | This paper expounds the social environment of new library movement in 21st century,the international background of the modernism ideological trend and the information network environment and the domestic environment to promote the democratization of politics and the construction of harmonious society.The intellectual choice in course of the development of international library and several important enlightenments of Chinese library are looked back.As an important stage of library intellectual development new library movement in 21st century has the important significance of the intellectual history. |
