| 摘 要： | 高度重视学生宿舍思想政治教育工作,是进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的要求。当前大学生思想政治教育工作实效性不显著,主要原因在于实施者与接受者不够重视,教育内容缺乏针对性和时效性,教育形式走极端化,缺乏稳定性。为此,高校思政工作者应该从观念革新、队伍建设、内容优化、形式改革等四个方面入手来提高其实效性。

| Abstract: | After the reform of college academic credit system and community logistics,the college dormitory increasingly occupies an important position in the ideological and political education.It is the important requirement of further strengthening and improving university students’ ideological and political education to pay high attention to the ideological and political education work of students’ dormitory.However,the effectiveness of the current ideological and political education is not significant.The main reasons are that neither implementers nor recipients pay enough attention to the ideological and political education,that educational content is neither targeted nor timely,and even that educational forms go to extremes without stability.An investigation shows the problems exist mainly in the educational subject and object,educational interface and educational carrier.Therefore,college ideological and political workers should improve their effectiveness from these four aspects: idea innovation,team construction,content optimizing,reform of the form. |
