| 摘 要： | 400T冲床全自动生产线，开发出实现机械手分离和废料处理功能的接料平台。文中，对接料平台的方案设计、控制系统的构成、控制方式的设计和工作过程进行了介绍。此接料平台已经成功地应用于生产实践，运行稳定可靠，操作方便快捷。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the pneumatic technology , the material receiving system separates the punching sheet from the material. The design of the material receiving system, the composing of the controlling system, the design of the controlling manner and the working course of the system are introduiced. The machine has been successfully applied to practical production, feature stable running, simple operation and reliable control. |
