| 摘 要： | 作为全国城乡统筹综合配套改革试验区的重庆市，在发展中存在着城乡收入和消费差距扩大，城乡就业不平等，城乡教育资源配置不均衡以及城乡居民所享受的社会保障不平等，为此，政府在城乡统筹发展中要发挥主导作用。从城乡规划、户籍制度、就业制度以及教育资源的配置和社会保障方面进行改革，推进城乡统筹发展。

| Abstract: | In the development of Chongqing,which is a national urban-rural synthetic reform pilot area,the income and consumption gap between urban and rural has been expanding,and the employment between urban and rural is unequal,and the disposition of education resources between urban and rural is unbanlanced,and the social security between urban and rural is unequal.Therefore,the government should play the leading role in urban and rural overall development,and carry out reforms in program between urban and rural,census register system,employment system,and the disposition of education resources as well as social security,in order to promote urban and rural overall development. |
