| Abstract: | Scientific and rational division of labor is a prerequisite for higher voca-tional education. Human overall development is accomplished through the improvement of the vocational education. The long-standing real learning tradition is the foundation of higher vocational education in our country. The vocational spirit is the most important part of the advanced culture. Vocational college students have the particularity of the right toeducation and labor. The livelihood employment and social justice is a basic responsibility of our government. |
