| 摘 要： | 分析了我国图书馆职称评审机制中存在的主要问题,指出评审中的不合理现象、对工作的影响、对科研水平的影响;提出提高图书馆学科化服务能力是图书馆发展的需要;探讨了如何提高学科馆员的服务能力,指出提高学科化服务能力应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the main problems existing in library titles evaluation mechanism,points out the anomaly,impact on work and the level of scientific research; proposes that increasing the library service capacity is development needs; discusses how to improve the subject librarian service capabilities,and points out problems existing in raising subject service ability which should be paid attention to. |
