| 摘 要： | 为提高学生人际沟通技巧,笔于2000年2月至2001年6月对我院98级英语护理专业女生进行了《人际沟通》授课前后调查,以了解护理专业女生人际沟通技巧的现状以及人际沟通不良品质影响因素。结果表明：人际沟通技巧的13项调查内容除“交谈语言技巧”一项p＞0．05,其余各项技巧P＜0．01或P＜0．05,效果有显性差异;影响人际关系的不良品质出现率,课后与课前比较下降明显,其中前五项P＜0．01或P＜0．05有显性差异,教学效果较为满意。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the skills of the students' communication, the writer did an investigation on communication skills before and after the course "Communication" offered to the students in Feb and June 2000 to learn the current situation existing and the factors, which influence the students' communication The results make it clear that P<0 01 or P<0 05 in the 12 contents investigated on communication and only in "Language skills" P>0 05 The effect makes much difference The appearance rate of the bad factor influencing the communication reduced after the teacher gives the course The teaching effect is quite satisfying |
