高校教师教育技术培训的内容、模式及管理研究

摘    要:90年代中开始,多媒体教学手段在我国蓬勃发展并掀起了教育技术培训的高潮,但随着教育技术深入的应用,培训慢慢走进低谷,效果不理想,本文在十年来开展本校教育技术培训基础上,结合与兄弟院校就教育技术培训的深度访谈和实地调研,分析目前高校教育技术培训存在的问题,提出了教育技术培训内容体系、培训教学模式和组织管理方法,以便更有效地开展教育技术培训工作。

Abstract:From mid 90s,the multi-media teaching method has been developing quickly in China and it has raised a climax of educational technology training.However,this training has declined and turned out to be not so effective due to a more and more intensive application of the educational technology.Based on the education technology training of the writers own university during the ast ten years,and combining with the deep discussion and research of the educational technology training of other universities,this thesis is analyzing the existing shortcomings in present university educational technology training,and raises the content system,teaching patterns and organization management of education technology,as to conduct the training more effectively.
