| 摘 要： | 激励是现代组织管理中的一个重要内容。当前高校管理中教师激励的效果还不理想,还存在各种各样的问题。因此,本文提出了一个激励设计的模型,对高校的教师激励应当如何进行,做了一些基本的分析。

At present, the effect of college teachers stimulation system is still not very ideal, and there still remain many problems. Based on the analyses of these problems, this article puts forward a model of stimulation design, according to which some elemental analyses on how to stimulate college teachers are made as well. |
