| 摘 要： | 为回应当前知识社会的严峻挑战，大学应当运用知识管理理论改革和完善自身的知识管理模式与体系。大学知识管理是对知识的创新、生产、储存、转移和共享，它是一个知识投入、知识创造、知识传播、知识转化的复杂过程。其本质在于创建学习型大学。其任务包括创建大学知识管理的组织文化；创建大学知识库、优化知识访问和共享；建构共生和协同发展的管理生态，促成大学成员隐性知识的共享；加强大学间的合作，促进大学间知识的互动与整合；将知识管理与大学的绩效结合起来等。

| Abstract: | In response to current grim challenges from the knowledge society,university should make use of knowledge management theory to innovate and improve its pattern and system of knowledge management. Knowledge management of university involves in innovation,production,deposit,transformation and share of knowledge. It is a complex course of knowledge input,knowledge creation,knowledge transition,knowledge transformation. Its essence is the establishment of the Learning University. Its missions are the formation of organizational culture supporting knowledge management,the establishment of repository and the optimization of knowledge access and share,the construction of accrete and cooperative environment of management to improve share of tacit knowledge of the faculties, the reinforcement of cooperation between the universities to advance the interchange and the integration of knowledge,the combination between knowledge management and performance of university. |
