| 摘 要： | 二战期间，美国凭借其强大的经济实力和居世界首位的黄金储备，与英法等国建立起布雷顿森林体系．但该体系自身的缺陷以及与世界经济发展的不相适应又导致了其最后崩溃。对布雷顿森林体系的再次探讨可以帮助人们更好地认识由美元危机而引发的这场全球金融风暴，并对应付它方略的寻觅起一定的积极作用．

| Abstract: | During World War II, the United States got great wealth. The United States and Britain, France and other countries established the Bretton Woods Agreements. However, the agreements had the weakness and didn＇t adapt to the developments of world economy, which led to its collapse. By exploring the Bretton Woods Agreements again can help people to understand the financial crisis that caused by U.S. dollar crisis and to find a positive way to solve it. |
