| 摘 要： | 由分析我国老龄人口现状入手,围绕提高老年人社会活动与生活质量,在论述老有所养、老有所为的基础上,提出居家养老与社会养老相鲒舍的新模式--老年人公寓。同时还论述了社区老年人公寓的特点。
