| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,是中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。是加强和改进党的建设的强大理论武器。党委是领导部队建设的核心,党委决策是否科学关系到部队的全面发展。因此,必须贯彻落实科学发展观要求,提高党委科学决策的水平,确保各项工作高起点、高标准和部队建设的高质量。

| Abstract: | China’ s scientific concept of development is an important economic and social development of guidelines,is socialism with Chinese characteristics must adhere to and implement the major strategic thinking.Strengthening and improving Party building in a powerful theoretical weapon.Party is the core of the leadership of army building,decision—making is scientific committees related to the comprehensive development of force.Therefore,we must implement the scientific concept of development,increase the level of scientific decision—making committees,to ensure that the work starting point,high quality standards and army building. |
