| 摘 要： | 企业信息化是国家信息化的重要组成部分,其具体表现形式是电子商务。信息化在企业工作的全面实施,会给企业的发展带来五大竞争优势,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中抢占先机。企业信息化建设又是一个长期的、复杂的过程,明确信息化建设的基本模式,利用信息技术服务管理ITSM,有效解决信息化进程中的内部管理问题、人力资源问题和系统安全问题,是推进企业信息化的核心所在。

| Abstract: | Information-sharing by and about enterprise, is a very important part of National Informationization, finally appearing in the form of E-commerce. It can help enterprise make five competitive advantages in the development of its business. At the same time, the construction of enterprise informationalization needs a long time and has a complex way to go. The core of the solution is to make clear the basic mode of informationalized construction and to use ITMS (IT Management Services) to resolve the internal problems of the enterprise, such as: the management, the manpower and the safety of the system. |
